Workers needed housing in remote parts of Scotland with no standard rental stock, in areas dominated by holiday lets rather than long term accommodation. Standard property searches returned nothing usable.

PAP approached local community contacts directly to source accommodation, moving workers into holiday lets and caravans, including a campsite that provided a full managed service such as bed changes.

PAP has since built a lasting network of local providers in these areas, giving a head start on sourcing for any future project in the same part of the country.
