Overview of case study

Siemens needed to house around 15 workers at a remote mountain site in Wales for a wind turbine project, in an area with no standard rental market to search in the first place.

Drawing on a Siemens relationship spanning more than ten years, PAP looked beyond conventional listings and took over an entire converted nursing home block, housing the whole team together under one roof.

Car sharing was arranged to get workers to and from the site, which lined up with Siemens’ own environmental targets for the project. A solution built for a location where standard sourcing simply didn’t apply.
