It was a very stressful and difficult time for us, with the freeholder and their agents/insurance company being particularly difficult and crude to work with regarding finding us alternative accommodation. They were patient and attentive to our needs, and both were excellent at communicating, keeping us in the loop and answer our many questions throughout the process. I have been so impressed by Luke and his team, who have gone out their way to support us find a temporary property, while the cladding work is being completed on our apartment.
