Overview of case study

A resident with an oxygen dependency needed a property with a very specific setup, and had already been passed between other providers before reaching PAP, none of whom had managed to find somewhere suitable.

Drawing on experience of where to look for specialist needs properties, PAP found somewhere that worked when no one else had managed to.

It’s a small story in scale, but a clear example of PAP not giving up on the placements other providers set aside as too difficult.
