Overview of case study
A housing partner needed 107 households placed into emergency accommodation simultaneously, against an extremely tight deadline. An equivalent batch handled the fully bespoke way, renting and furnishing individual properties rather than drawing on ready stock, had taken two weeks previously. This placement needed to move far faster than that.
PAP’s ability to source at speed and scale, without dropping the specific needs of individual households, made the difference. Within the batch, one household needed a property with garden access for pet rabbits, a requirement most providers would have had to handle separately, if at all. It was sourced within the same group of placements. All 107 households were placed within the week, into serviced apartments ready to move into straight away.
What made this placement work wasn’t speed on its own. It was combining that speed with postcode specific sourcing and the flexibility to meet niche requirements at volume, without anyone in the batch being left waiting.
