Overview of case study

A batch of properties needed sourcing, furnishing and booking within a single weekend, Saturday to Sunday, in an area where ready furnished stock is limited. A standard serviced apartment search would not have covered a full postcode overnight, not in this area.

Rather than relying on existing stock, PAP rented properties directly and furnished them to spec, which meant the right postcode was possible rather than whatever happened to be available nearby. Every property in the batch was sourced, furnished and ready by Sunday.

Several residents were placed back into their own building, or the block they already lived in, keeping them close to the community they already knew, at a moment when that continuity mattered most.
