Living in a hotel for weeks on end when constantly working long hours on site can affect morale and prove very costly. pap have enabled us to move to a better value accommodation solution whilst also having a positive impact on the wellbeing of our site workers. Just a brief email to applaud your services. As you know our guys can be located anywhere in the UK and so far you have delivered on finding the right accommodation/s , durations , and more importantly have worked within our budget. By enabling our guys to return after a hard day’s work to accommodation sourced by Paul Andrew property does boost Morale and supports the well being of our staff. Bunking up in Hotels and living off fast food etc does take its toll after a period of time. Throughout COVID this was also an added benefit as we struggled to book Hotels etc across the UK due to the pandemic but for those guys who benefited from your accommodations we were in control of our deployments and not reliant on finding alternative resource or accommodations etc…

The process from making the initial enquiry to actually signing a contract does really flow and believe our working relationship supports the seamless flow from start to finish.

Lastly the final test Shetland Isles 😊 , as you know we are looking at properties as far North as the Shetlands and I feel comfortable approaching Paul Andrew Properties once more to satisfy our requirements.
